MADE IN BED proudly introduces our newest Agents of Change Co-Editor, Francisca Gomez Guerrero!

Francisca was born and raised in San Jose, Costa Rica; she was educated here through high school, then attended boarding school in Switzerland. She moved to the US for her undergraduate studies, where she graduated with a double BA in History and Art History from the University of Virginia. Shortly after, she catapulted her career in the arts at Sotheby’s New York. She currently lives in London where she studies at the Sotheby’s Institute.

Francisca feels very much at home in the world of art but has always been particularly fascinated by the intersection of art and literature. It is the universal language of art, combined with the unique ability of artists and writers to represent the world and connect people from all walks of life that continues to inspire her creative interests. As she familiarizes herself with the European art scene, she wishes to use her writing to answer questions and engage in conversations around art and artistic trends in London, Latin America, and beyond.

Francisca enjoys reading, writing, meeting new people and discovering new places. She is constantly exploring the London art scene and hopes to continue her professional career here.
